Video deposition services
Our basic video rate starts at $1000. We require a minimal deposit of 25% and the remaining due upon content delivery. Makes checks payable to: Lonestar Legal Video Services and mail to PO Box 471223 Fort Worth, TX 76147. We also accept CASHAPP: $lonestarlegalvideo
Daily video rate
$1000 up to 6 hours
$1200 6 - 8 hours
Our standard set up time is 45 min prior to deposition start. We provide one angle of HD quality and two microphones. We assure proper settings & audio is tested prior to going on record. We require a copy of all pertinent information to post on beginning of the video such as:
- The court reporter’s name and business address
- Location of the deposition
- The date and start time
- The deponent’s name
- The administration of the oath or affirmation to the deponent
- The identification and role of each person present
Additional editing
$75 / hour
All video depositions come edited with going on and off record including a time stamp. Our videos are shot in High Quality 1080\HD with floating 32 bit sound. Videos will be delivered in their entirety on USB drives and or emailed via wetransfer.com.
Video depositions can sometimes be up to 8+ hours in length which requires a lot of storage for big files. Additional editing of clips may be requested for shorter video segments, multi cam, picture in picture, closed captions, or even evidence uploaded to the video itself.
